I didn't know this kind of product existed but I started looking into solutions because I was waking my partner up with my snoring. All I can say is 'Wow'. I didn't even know I needed this kind of product but as soon as I tried it I experienced instant relief. It's really incredible to feel how clearly I can breath with this thing. I've just been using it for a week, and no snoring so far. I'll need to use it for a month to see if it is really a solution for snoring. But so far, so good. The one complaint is that I have a hard time peeling off the adhesive backing. There must be a trick to it that I haven't figured out yet. This is a great product worth trying if you snore due to congestion which forces you to sleep w your mouth throughout the night. I love these. I have a deviated septum and put these on before I go to sleep and it definitely helps me breathe and sleep better. I am a tough critic for stuff on my face while I sleep. First night no problem but I was aware of it. Second night I guess I travelled all over the bed and my breath right strip Ended up in my hair! Perfect size for ladies noses. Works well on my sensitive skin. Occasionally leaves a little glue on a side of my nose--remember to wipe when you remove. My allergists have me use nose sprays. They cause my nostrils to swell & make it hard to breathe especially when I lie down (saltwater spray doesn't help AND YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING IF AYR saline with aloe WOULD WORK THAT STINKS like perfume OF ALOE--making a bad deal tougher!)
