Hospital that gave this to us for a shoulder operation warned us.......don't change a thing on here (adjustments on the shoulder sling) or you will be "lost" (assembling it for usage again). They were so right. I called the Breg people and despite 15 mins on tbe phone Cust Service could not get me to 100 pr cnt satisfaction with recalibration and setting this contraption up. Called the surgeon and he said......Come into the office and we will give you an easier to use shoulder sling. Scheeeeesh. And Breg seems to be wildly over priced given the competition.
