I recently moved into a new apartment, with absolutely terrible tap water. This thing is great for delivering great tasting cold water out of the fridge. It can take awhile for the water to filter through, but I think part of that is how bad my water is. I usually have to fill the reservoir twice to fill up the main compartment, but its worth it. Absolutely loved how this fit in my fridge and how much water it holds!!! You do not need to fill it for quite some time depending on how much water you drink or can be left on the counter for room temperature if you prefer. Not a single issue and would definitely purchase again!!! Read more

We compared parallelly the normal while version filter (new) and the long-lasting filter (new) in two homes. In both situations, the water from the normal filter still tastes bad but the water from the long-lasting filter tastes just like bottled water bought from the supermarket. We should have got this dispenser earlier. It is so convenient! We used to use the hand-held one but you have to wait for the water-filtering to completely finish before using it.
