Beautiful faucet but troubled shipment
It's gorgeous faucet, we bought gold brushed color, high quality with all metals, water runs very smoothly, it comes with pipe but we have to buy additional pipe to extend it. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 is the troubled shipment (otherwise I'll give 5). Our initial order took a month showing status running late but never come, supposed arrive within 2 days for prime member, couple of phone calls to customer service, resulted the same, very frustrating, otherwise product itself is beautiful, highly recommend. Faucet warranty
I purchased 3 BF423 faucets 05/06/25, installed by plumber 05/13/25. The popup drain for one faucet had small leak after plumber uninstalled, resealed, reinstalled the drain - had to place bowl under sink to catch the drip. I contacted the company, and they have been so helpful in resolving this problem - they agreed to send a replacement part and provided financial assistance to pay plumber to install the part. Today 6/2/25 I received the replacement part. I will definitely use their products in the future. The faucets I purchased look very nice, and I really like the pop-up drain feature. Read more
