The faucet itself is beautiful. Very high quality, clear instructions and easy to install. However, when the water turned on, there was a leak. I figured put the culprit was a faulty gasket in the drain section. I contacted customer service and they immediately expedited an entire new faucet that arrived in 2 days. I fixed the issue very quickly and everything is perfe t now. These things happen sometimes, it can't be perfect 100% of the time - what matters is their excellent and quick communication and they solved my problem with such ease. Hard to keep clean...shows every drip, drop or smudge. I use WD40 to wipe it down with, otherwise never looks good Read more

Looks great but we couldn’t install it because of non-existent drain seal. When I tried to get a replacement part, I was only offered the option for a full refund. I had seen other reviews with similar problem but took the chance;) Read more
Updated review: I am editing this as the seller reached out and gave me a full refund and assured me they have dealt with the silicon seal issue. I have had the faucet for 1 month now and it does work very well. Because it is flat, you do have to wipe the water off with a paper towel after use though, or you will get water spots on it. Original review: Disappointing! I wish I had read all the reviews before I purchased it. I paid a professional plumber, who I have known for years, to install my new sink and this faucet. The next morning, there was water under my sink. He came back immediately and suspected the silicon seal, which in his opinion should’ve been thick rubber like is usually used. He said he saw that it could be an issue and had taken measures to make sure the seal was tight. He is off to the plumbing supply store right now to buy a proper rubber seal, which should’ve been included in the first place instead of the flimsy silicon. Now I will have to pay him for a second trip over here and his time since this is not his fault. I bought this faucet because it was more expensive than a lot of the other ones (I assumed higher quality parts) and it said in the description that the finish was spot-free. I have included a picture of the not spot-free finish. Unhappy to be stuck with this. Was so excited about getting new bathroom counter and sink. Read more
