Was easy to install. Works very smoothly, feels solid and heavy. It cost near 2x more than the cheapest similar faucets but on the low price end against well know faucets brands. I picked it based on color that matched my sink very nicely, in hopes the quality and feel would be on par of a high-quality faucets, reviews, that it would resist hard water stain resistant, and lastly a complete kit with pop-up drains. So far meeting that expectation. Minor Hiccups : 1) It was missing two collar screws. 2) Supply lines 3/8 fitting did not match my valve (Cust service offer to send replacement screws and adapters to fit my valve type 3) Original add advertised hair strainer basket. Customer service told me discontinued due to leak problems, and they revised ad right away. Customer services responsive. Conclusions The faucets do feel quality, solid brass no plastic, nice pleasing design, easy install, good customer services. Highly recommend at this point. Can't vouch for longevity and how well it holds up but feel it will hold up well. Read more

I bought this online and was skeptical because it was a brand I never heard of, from a company outside of the United States. However, after looking at hundreds (no lie) of faucets, we chose this one because of the looks and dimensions. What a nice surprise I had then, when installing it. It looks extremely high end and was a breeze to install. The nuts that secure the hot and cold valves and the spout to the sink are mind-blowing in the realm of, "why didn't anyone think of this sooner". The nut gets hand-fastened to the underside of the sink, with an oversized washer between it and the sink, and then there are three screws on the outer portion of the nut that then are tightened to make contact with the oversized washer to secure the valves and spout. No wrench needed. Just a long Philips-head screwdriver. One note of advice though, it is even easier if you attach the water supplies to the hot and cold valves prior to putting the valves through the sink holes. Much easier to do it that way than to try to attach under the sink after the valves have been installed. We've been using the faucet for over a month now and the operation is so smooth, and the finish cleans up nicely, even with our hard water. I would definitely buy again from this manufacturer. This faucet is beautiful and well made. Got it to match with our gold and black vanity. Had a plumber to install. The pop up didn’t match our sink but ordered another one (in gold) for $20 and did the job. Read more

This set of faucet is excellent, solid brass material, brushed gold color, shining and nice shape. Well designed for installation and clearing, it took me 1-2 hours to install as a beginner (but took me 2 more hours to uninstall the old one). No special tool is needed although I bought one. The drain cover seems to be a little over size comparing to a standard drain that I had in the sink but it is still nice and does not affect the functions at all, you do not even need to seal with putty for the drain while installing. The faucet set including the drain is beautiful in the bathroom, absolutely love it. Plan to buy two more sets to replace other bathroom as well. Read more

Nice appearance and nickel finish. Push top drain cap. Latest technology. Lite, easy turning double faucet handles. Water flow is less than the unit it replaced, but very acceptable. Read more

Drain cover is terrible. (Installed on two sinks - same issue on both.) Water pools at the rim edge of the drain cover and leaves very noticeable water streaks. You have to wipe it down immediately or there is a water ring around the entire edge after it dries. It also a very large drain covering, that for me is way too large, which accentuates the amount of standing water/water marks. Read more
