We purchased the Credenza Desk, the Hutch and two sets of drawers with filing. We are super delighted with all our pieces. Everything is quality made and has a really good feel to it and has a lot of class. You can see from the pics what we had and what we have now and love it. Our old desk was L-shaped and we really didn't need it like that but that's how it came. It was metal and super heavy and the paint was chipping. Our new one is wood, light colored elm and because we have a small townhouse we wanted it light so it wouldn't make our room look small and we are so glad we found this because most come in dark colors. Delivered right to our garage door and packaged very nicely. I am not handy (actually I make things worse than they were if you can believe it or not) so we had my brother who is very handy and loves this kind of stuff come over and the instructions are very easy to understand and we put it together very easily. The drawers came already put together and just had to put on the handles and wheels which took minutes. Called Customer Service which I got through to right away and told Tracy the drawers were a little hard to open. He said that they just need to be broken in (opened and closed a few times) and they would loosen up, which they did. We couldn't be happier with our Bush Desk, hutch and drawers. Read more

The file cabinet arrived a day earlier than the shipping service stated. Not a real problem since we were home. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the file cabinet was assembled! All I had to do was put on the wheels and attached 3 draw handles. Of course one of the handles had a problem with the screw going in tot he point it just wasn't going to happen. Annoying but this isn't uncommon. Why the low review? The manufacturer wants you to call them if there are problems and NOT return it to the store. Okay - This morning I called at 8::05 (they open at 8:00 am) and get the "call can't be completed as dialed". That's what happens when someone doesn't activate the call center on time. Called a bit later and did get a person on the line. Pleasant person - able to send me the handle/screws. While waiting for the completion of that order the music kicked in - bad choice, electronic type, very high pitch notes and I mean really high pitched notes. I had to keep lower the sound all the way down it was so bad. Let's see how this goes when the parts arrive, set 5 business days. The file cabinet itself is OK - a little expensive for the quality. However, the lock for the drawer was broken. Every time you put the key in the lock it would just push the lock out entirely. Direction from Bush say if any problems to call them directly - do not return and they will send out the new part. I called the 1-800 # 4 x the first day - waited on hold 45 min each time. Never got a CSR. Called again 2nd day - after the 2nd 30 min call, someone answered. Very nice - explained the problem - said they would send out the new part. Could take 10 days. When part arrived, it was not the lock at all - but rather the actual file drawer box without a front or a lock. TRied to call back again - on hold - no answer - so I returned thru Amazon. WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. Read more

The unit is well built and color match to a desk in the same line works well. My biggest praise goes to the vendor. The product arrived missing the hardware (handles and casters). I immediately messaged the vendor and they were able to get them shipped out to me quickly. I really appreciated the quick responses and updates on the situation. Read more
