This is an extremely comfortable chair. I work from my home office full-time and sit in this chair many hours per day and never get tired of sitting in it. It assembled very easily, took less than five minutes. It’s exceptionally sturdy, easy to use, comfortable, steady and looks fantastic. I like the individual cushions on the back and how high the back is. It tilts backwards comfortably and easily with just the right amount of pressure. The hydraulic piston that makes it go up and down has held the chair in place perfectly so far. The controls are simple and easy to use. It’s a beautiful chair and, for the first day of sitting, it’s very comfortable. The chair was also very easy to put together. My only complaints are the shape in which it was delivered: the box had clearly been opened before it arrived and was falling apart. Someone rummaged around inside before putting it back together. I love the look of this chair. The color and thin, modern look is perfect. Unfortunately the padding is not very dense, so I can feel the structure of the chair slightly as I sit in it. The height is not exactly high-back, at least for someone who is over 6' tall. The construction looks to be of good quality otherwise. Read more

Poor quality over time. The chair was comfortable and in better condition when I purchased it. However, the chair itself started peeling after modest use. This is NOT real leather as described in the product details (which made me purchase this to begin with). I am now left with a chair that is constantly falling apart and leaving debris all over my floor. It sticks to feet and gets dragged around the house, in the bed, etc. Very disappointing! In fact, at a minimum I would like a replacement to elevate the immediate issues around the peeling so that i can take my time to search for a proper replacement. I bought another chair off of Amazon but didn’t like due to many reasons. They I stumbled upon this listing and decided to give it a shot since the reviews were all positive. I received the product and installed within 15-20 mins out of the box. They did a good job with protecting the pieces so that they don’t get scratched or damaged. I love the look of the chair. The washed gray is a medium taupe-ish color, which is what I hoped for. (The color does not look faded as the name suggests.) However, it is not the most comfortable chair to sit in for 8+ hours a day. I'm keeping it, though. Update: After 3+ years, mostly using for work full time, the cylinder failed. I was able to replace the cylinder with one from Amazon. Chrome cylinders are available and would have looked nicer, but the one I bought was black. It still looks OK. The original wheels were still functional, but I went ahead and replaced them with rollerblade-style wheels. I recommend the upgrade. So far the leather has held up well. I hope to get at least a few more years out of this chair. Read more
