This office chair is a game-changer! The breathable mesh material keeps me cool throughout the workday—no more sweaty, uncomfortable moments. Plus, the support it provides is amazing. It really helps maintain good posture and reduces back strain, even after sitting for hours. The cushioning is just right—not too soft or too firm—and the adjustable features let me customize it perfectly to my body. It’s sturdy and well-made, so I feel confident it’ll last a long time. If you spend a lot of time at your desk, this chair is definitely worth it. Comfortable, breathable, and super supportive—highly recommend! Read more

Been sitting on this review (see what I did there?) for about a month as I gathered info. I'm ready to say, this is a wholly adequate choice for a tall customer (I am 6'6") who doesn't want to drop $1500 or more. Solidly built. Comfortable. Supportive. I recommend. Note the words "adequate" and "recommend" (versus "highly recommend"). This is a "good but not great" chair and I would buy it again. Just not in love with it. Read more

I’ve tried several desk chairs over the years, but this one is a game-changer. I purchased it specifically to help with back pain, and it’s exceeded all my expectations. The ergonomic design provides incredible lumbar support, keeping my posture in check even during long workdays. The adjustable features make it easy to tailor the chair to your specific needs, whether it's seat height, recline angle, or armrest positioning. The cushioning strikes the perfect balance between comfort and firmness, and the deep seat is great for taller individuals like me. Since using this chair, my back pain has significantly decreased, and I feel so much more productive. It’s honestly made a huge difference in my daily life. If you’re on the fence about investing in an ergonomic chair, this one is worth every penny! Read more

I purchased this chair because it has a high weight rating and because the base where the casters attach is metal and may last longer. Even though it is a lighter chair due to the mesh, it's still deceptively heavy. The comfort is great and the adjustment function fits my needs. I had two issues with assembly. When attaching the back rest to the seat, you have to fix a metal plate to a plastic surface. Because the plastic is soft and there isn't a noticeable point where the bolts clearly stop, it is very hard to determine how much torque to apply. This issue also occurred when attaching the arm rests. You really don't get a sense of "it's tight" because you are screening the bolts down and the resistance against them is only a result of plastic surfaces opposing one another. The most frustrating aspect of assembly was the head rest. It's very tricky to get the head rest clamping mechanism together. You must hold the headrest in the up most adjustment position, articulate a small piece of plastic in perfect positioning while attempting to get small screws to thread at the same time. So long as this chair lasts a reasonable amount of time, I consider it a good value. I will try to provide an update on the longevity of this item. Read more

Very nice chair - I think it will last for a good while. The chair is, however, quite heavy -at least it is heavier than I thought it would be. Assembly was not particularly difficult. I have to say, I don't know what to think about the headrest. The headrest was not particularly difficult to attach to the chair, but I did have to sit back and think about it for a few minutes. It was a little awkward at first trying to figure out how to attach it because the instructions are not very clear. Once I started, it went right on. I will say that the headrest is poorly engineered. I cannot imagine designing such an awkward fit. Read more

I was looking at chairs for around $1K and decided to see what Amazon had for lower cost, with my primary need being for good lumbar support (was tired of the foam pellet cushion I was using that was never staying place with my prior chair). I bought this chair. Assembly was easy, and the chair is comfortable and the lumbar support is effective (you set it to the right level, and it presses in to support your back). The only problem I had was with the right arm rest that seemed to "wobble" quite a bit. I contacted Customer Support about this, and sent them a quick MP4 video of my issue; they confirmed the issue and sent me a replacement arm rest right away at no cost, which fixed the issue. They were responsive, getting back to me within 1 day each time I contacted them. Very satisfied with my purchase and the level of service. Read more

I'm short: 5'3". I needed a chair that had enough adjustments to make sure my legs could bend at the right place, feet firmly on the floor, and the front edge wasn't digging in to the back of my knees. Check. Lumbar support - I've had past problems with sciatica. Check. Headrest my head could actually reach (ok, it's in the lowest position). Check. Adjustable armrests - up and down, a little forward and back, the top pivots a little. Check. Well-packed, bubblewrap, boxes for small parts, foam sheets and blocks. Check. For the headrest install: As others have stated, this takes a bit of coordination or another set of hands. I chose the latter - but only after struggling for about 10 minutes, and swallowing my pride. You could also try laying the chair on its side, so you can see what you're doing, instead of almost standing on your head. Perhaps my hand-eye coordination was lacking that day. Overall, I believe this to be a worthwhile purchase, but only time will tell. Package weight warning: This is a heavy chair. Without the box, I think it was 48lbs, but with the box (double-walled) it was over 50lbs. Read more
