I've tried these before, and they work kinda, but I still don't really get the use case for them. Maybe this is better suited for somebody with especially oily scalp/hair. In a sense it converts oiliness into hair texture. But it doesn't give the texture or control you would get from almost any other hair product, like pomade for instance. I get that it's portable but it's really not any more portable than those other products either. So yes, this product works, but not as well as "regular" hair product.
