This is an excellent product. The only reason I gave it a two star for durability is because they just don’t last long at all due to the cord connection to the egg. It needs to be re-designed. This product is powerful and the cord gets so twisted internally and it start shorting out inside the egg. Need to figure out a better way to secure the cord to the egg and of the product. It quit working in under 20 minutes! The cord gets twisted and their is no way to prevent it from doing so. The connection inside the egg must have come loose due to the cord twisting or their is a break in the wire within the cord. The egg can not be taken apart without damaging it to repair. Its Trash! We owned the California Exotics Xtreme Kit Multi-Function Bullets for over 9 years and the bullets finally gave out. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the same item, which did its job well, so the search began for a replacement. Since owning a few different California Exotics products through our lifetime, we decided that we would just begin by looking at those branded products and we came across this Colt. While reading some of the various reviews for this item it became clear that this would probably be a good purchase, as the complaints for this were primarily about it being too fast and strong, but is something that we were looking for. The size of the bullet with the Colt Turbo Bullet is definitely larger than either of the bullets with the Xtreme; however, it's still able to be held between a couple of fingers and the thumb. This Colt bullet is definitely more powerful than the Xtreme, which is a good thing, and only needed to put the Colt's speed to just above halfway to reach a similar strength from the Xtreme at full speed. The Colt made it easier to obtain the desired results, since it was just above half and allowed us to set a more precise speed. As a side note, the Xtreme was only used on the steady vibration setting at the highest speed, which is what we are comparing to the Colt. If you are looking for a vibrator that has different intermittent vibration settings, the Colt is not able to do that. If you are looking for a good quality medium to high vibrator, then the Colt Turbo Bullet is definitely a pleasurable purchase. Has a great gyrating vibration, but the wires don’t hold up they have never held up. I just keep ordering it again and again because it’s really awesome when it works. Really wish that colt would do something with the wiring, but then I guess they wouldn’t sell as many! I only gave it four stars because of the fact that the wires break and I keep having to replace it. I would definitely get a 10 stars if I didn’t have to keep buying them because it truly is the only one that gets it done for me!! Read more

Wouldn't turn on after initial 1st test. Really kills the mood when you & your partner are in the middle of rare time alone together (without kids etc). Very upset with quality since I've had several of the same brand of toys. On the search for a new brand that may be of better quality. Since I can't return this one, I feel a bit gypped. These things rock. Tried em all. These are by far the best available. Wired mine up to a variable power supply. Will run at least an hour at 6 volts. But will get hot. Designed to run off 3 AAA batteries @ 4.5 volts. But when you hit it with 5 then 6 . Look out. Unbelievable power. A must have. You will not be disappointed. If your crafty enough. Take the shell apart, remove the rubber grommet. Un-solder the connection. Make a bigger hole in the end to accept a heavier gauge wire. (I used 8 gauge speaker wire) Soldier back in place and seal the hole back up with epoxy to prevent wires from being pulled off of terminals and to keep moisture out. It will last a very long time but gets a little louder the more you use it. I'll try and post some pics. In the near future. Best buy for your money. This product was extremely disappointing. It came in a package that was already OPEN, not to mention cheap looking and super flimsy... the product it self when it works..is FABULOUSSSS..super powerful sleek and simple. Yet playful AND powerful. butbi endedbup replacingbthe first one. It arrived with the scroll unbutton for speed BROKEN already and it rattled. Didnt work. So I go another one. The bullet itself hits hard like an earthquake on high, very much loved the bullet itself. The wires and the remote are sturdy compared to some other bullets we have owned, though the slide itself started failing months ago, catching off and on on 'something' that could not be seen. Tonight, the slide failed entirely, and cannot be taken apart without breaking it. I 'would' recommend this vibe, yes, it is definitely worth the price... just maybe be prepared to do a little DIY repair later on. EDIT: Our replacement lasted 2 months. This slide switch is 'crap'.
