I've made purchases from this company three times two for this device and each time I have the same problem record itself is flimsy, the court itself is too thin, and wired poorly. Not only could this potentially be a major safety issue especially for this device because it is heated. It may not seem like it may be a major issues. The thinner accord is the less mechanical strength it will have causing it to fray faster or snap which is probably what they want so you purchase again. I love this product. In fact it’s the only sex you I use: it’s super intense (if not too intense at times) and extremely quiet. However, there are a few flaws. The cord frequently becomes knotted just from use and even general storage. In addition, the cord tends to stop working or only works at a certain angle at some point once you’ve had it for awhile. The cord is now detachable from the handheld part now but I have accidentally popped the head off of one or two in the past. On my last one the wires eventually became exposed and then severed. This product is very very tiny. The intense vibrations can mess with your thumb after use...lol. If you plan on using this for solo self-use it's not that great. We have a silicone Wittle Wabbit bought years ago that was my wife's favorite toy it has been unavailable for about 8 years now and the vibrating beads never did last that long therefore we have been buying items like this to use within the Wabbit first time with this particular model works well with a very high speed.
