This was a special find: I love to be able to make whipped topping for all my dairy free folks. Not exactly same as cream, but an enjoyable replacement. It's really thick and creamy. High quality product that is a rare treat (a bit pricey). I've had this last a long time in a really cold fridge. Read more

Horrible taste. Fake like cool whip but worse. Waste of time and money. I also tried adding coconut cream and it did not help, just wasted the cream and powdered sugar. Luckily I had bought some canned coconut whip as a backup. Read more

It does what it's supposed to, which is to be a dairy free cream substitute. However, due to the high ratio of coconut cream in the product, and the fact that it's meant to be refrigerated even before opening, the cream separates from the rest of the mixture and floats to the top, plugging the hole it's supposed to come out of - even if you shake it like your life depends on it prior to opening. At that point... just buy coconut cream, your life will have fewer headaches in it. I bought this because I had good experiences with another brand of vegan whipping cream with similar ingredients (Country Crock, interestingly enough) but I was trying out Amazon Fresh and they don't have Country Crock plant cream available. If you buy this expecting it to have the same consistency as the Country Crock version you will be disappointed... and, potentially, covered in coconut milk when the cream finally manages to come out of the package and sprays all over. On the bright side? My dairy-free mushroom gravy is delicious. Once I got the rest of the coconut cream out of the package and what didn't land on the floor into my pan, it cooked up beautifully. I just think they should rethink the packaging. Read more

I was very surprised at how well this did for baking and using on sweeter side options. It does have a little bit of a sweet taste, and I cannot use it for cream sauces, which is what I was really hoping for. I had to find a nondairy sour cream with a different brand and that works great for cream sauces when I’m doing a savory dish. Read more
