VERY Sharp, beautiful knives
These knives are beautiful, Comfortable in your hand, well-balanced, and incredibly sharp. I don’t know whether it’s the steel they use or the Japanese style 16°Edge that they put on these blades, But every home chef friend who has tried one of these wants to know where to get them. The price is a little daunting at first but I’m now seeing many-piece bargain sets that may help justify the cost. I bought the seven-piece set that includes the magnetic hanger bar and for me this was a good way to go, better for keeping the knives sharp than sticking them in a knife block. Who needs another set of steak knives anyway?. One caveat is that I haven’t tried sharpening them.
