I’ve had these about a month now. They are the best knives I have ever owned. Extremely sharp. I was able to shave a pork tenderloin for sandwiches and the bread knife is the best I’ve ever had by far! My other ones are going to a charity thrift store. Read more

I know they are not top tier quality knives, but they look, feel and function like top quality for me. I’ll never just buy basic knives ever again. I try to be careful and wash and dry straight away because the blade can stain. Caution when washing or if you cut produce in your hand. It took me a while to adjust and stop cutting myself and destroying my sponge; especially in washing. They’re beautiful and even the bread knife cuts through bread without smashing it like no other. These are a wonderful set of knives. Very sharp - they cut through things like butter. We had no idea how bad our old set of knives were before trying these out. Keep in mind that the block is angled a bit too high to easily pull the longer knives out if you have the block sitting underneath the kitchen cabinets. We ended up pulling the block out a bit to clear the front of the cabinet. One knife has a small defect with the tip being slightly bent at the end. Not sure it'll affect its use, but it's noticeable when cleaning. Overall, still love the knives though. Read more
