I have been a vet tech 44 years. I have had Labs, Water Spaniels, Field Cockers, Brittany Spaniels and Boykins. These are the best I have ever purchased. The biggest ripoff of dog customer are dental cleanings. All a dog needs is a good safe chew and their dental needs are met. These do the job. The 4 legged family members love these chews. The local vet and pet supply distribution center got so expensive I no longer shop there. These are the same size retriever rolls I used to purchase plus they are made in the U.S.A. People are complaining about bleeding gums and/or blood on the chew. It's not the chew. If you have never used dental floss and decided to floss one day or year, your gums will bleed and that's a known fact. So basically, you are providing some needed dental care for your pet. Great value and quality for the money. There's no funky smell and are easily digested. Recommend and will purchase again. Read more
The rolls come as described, good size if you have big dogs. Our dogs them them and don't have any issues with chewing or digesting. It does occupy their time as it takes a while to get through the big bone. They do grow softer as they are chewed on. Read more

THESE ARE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL QUALITY AND DANGEROUS!!! WITHIN TEN MINUTES OF GIVING THESE TO MY DOGS, THEIR GUMS WERE BLEEDING ON THE ROLLS. I SAW PINKISH RED ON ONE DOG'S ROLL AND GRABBED IT TO INSPECT IT, THINKING THAT MAYBE SHE JUST HAD A CUT IN HER MOUTH OR SOMETHING THAT I HAD NOT NOTICED. THEN I LOOKED AT THE OTHER DOG'S ROLL AND IT HAD PINKISH RED ON IT TOO. SO, IT WAS NOT AN ISOLATED INCIDENT; IT IS CLEARLY AN ISSUE WITH THE ROLLS. I LOOKED MORE CLOSELY AT THE ROLLS AND THEY ARE VERY THIN AND EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY, CREATING VERY SHARP EDGES WHEN CHEWED. I HAVE BEEN GIVING MY DOGS RETREIVER ROLLS THEIR ENTIRE LIVES (THEY ARE 7 AND 8 YEARS OLD) AND NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN. SO, I AM WRITING A REVIEW IN THE HOPES THAT OTHER PEOPLE WILL BE CAUTIOUS ABOUT THIS PRODUCT. PLEASE BE SAFE!!! Read more
My dog loves them, he chews on one every evening and he's been getting them for about 2 years now. It keeps him busy while he watches dog tv. My only word of caution is sometimes they break off into tiny pieces but it's not to often. Read more
