I got this for my Tundra and it works well for that, it also works for my Ford 150. The title says it could be used for the Tacoma and it could be used for that, but it would be too big. I had to remove the antenna because there was not a hole for one. The front and back secured tightly, but the bottom middle was a little more challenging. I had to tie the strap to a tennis ball so I could throw it under the car to the other side. Once on the other side, it snapped into place. There is a zipper for the drivers side, which will help you with the orientation while placing on the car. This was relatively easy to put on with two people and a step ladder. this is a really good waterproof truck cover for my full size pickup, and it does a very good job protecting the vehicle from the elements. The material is nice and thick and durable, its not really flimsy like some budget covers that I’ve purchased in the past.It handled rain really well, keeping my truck dry underneath, and it also blocks dust and debris when parked outdoors. The universal fit worked as advertised for my truck size, though it does take a few minutes to get positioned correctly the first time. Once i got the truck cover on it stayed in place very well and doesn’t flap excessively in the wind. I like that it fully covers the body and bed, offering all-around protection. Our F-150 has a shell on the bed, so I wasn't sure how this would work. But, it still fits, even with the shell. Not perfect, but good enough to protect from the hateful Texas Mario Sun. It's thick and well made, and was easy to install with one person. I'll need to strap the back down, so it stays on in high winds, but otherwise, it's great. I needed to protect my Toyota 4Runneer from local cats, pine trees, and weather. The fit was great for my SUV and though it's a universal fit (not custom made for a specific vehicle) the sizing is great and even the side mirror covers fit near perfectly. There are nice reflectors on the corners as well so lights reflect and it doesn't just vanish at night/inclement weather. It comes with just two tie-downs that clip securely underneath the front and back of the car, and they hold tight without issue.
