This works amazing no more phone bouning all over the place! I wanted a phone holder but since I've put a socket on my phone it won't fit so I came to the great am of zon and found this gem! This was super easy to set up and came with everything I needed including a wet wipe to clean my surface and strips to apply after application to help it adhere and hold it down better it says after 24 hours to remove and you should be good but it's cold where I'm at and if you've used anything sticky in the cold ya know it doesn't always go as planned and doesn't adhere the best so I've chose to leave mine on longer I don't mind it and it's not an eye sore for anyone but me I'll take them off eventually. This hold my phone nicely and I like that the bottom turns so no matter where I'm sitting either driver or passenger I can conviently turn my phone to match my seating position which is nice it also moves on the top part as well so I can turn my phone landscape or portrait if I decide! For the price this is quite nice and holds my phone pretty solid! I would definitely purchase again it also came with a spare sticky so if I ever want to move it or it's just not sticking the best I can replace it! I'm constantly trying to find the best way to hold my phone in the car. I have a subaru forester and just hadn't found the right mount yet. This one actually works really well. The side that attaches to the car fits almost perfectly right above my display screen and the only thing I would change (and did actually) is that the part your phone itself clicks into annoys the heck out of me. It works well- holds the phone securely and stays in place. I just really prefer to empty circle magnetic style of holder so I swapped them out from another holder that didn't mount well. . It's nice to be able to say that this item is exactly what it claims to be. The actual fitting of the mount connects to the pop socket very snugly, and feels more sturdy than the smaller official mounts, without being troubling to attach or remove when needed. The actual mount head pivots with a standard ball-joint and tightening plastic cover bolt, and offers a nice degree of freedom in positioning for ideal angles and access in the car. The materials are extremely solid. It feels almost a little bulky for anything "pop-socket", but since it's a fixture and not intended to be portable, that extra structure lends to a sense of reliability. The adhesive on the mount is official 3M, and seems to attach very well. The mount also comes with a little alcohol wipe to quickly prep car dash surface, although, I would not rely on it as most are fairly dusty. Still, a nice thought. It also comes with a second adhesive strip, so it can be re-positioned if needed. The shape does not appear to be standard, so while the added strip is a great convenience, I feel it might be difficult to move after the first time, take care in placement. Overall, a very impressive mount; among stands for pop-sockets, this is one of the nicest I've used. Just keep in mind that it's larger than most things "pop socket", and will take up some room on your dash or wherever placed. The size is small enough to fit behind the silhouette of most phones, so it won't be an eyesore or obstruction when in use, but even if you remove the phone, it will most definitely still be there. This is a must have for pop socket users. I had another holder that snapped around the phone when a phone was pushed into the cradle, and it never held my phone quite right. Enter this holder! The size is much smaller and more compact than my previous one (which is a big plus) and it allowed me to be able to place in a better spot (think for seeing map directions) and at a better angle as well. The instructions were very intuitive and it took seconds to install. The pad felt very sticky, and after about 6 weeks or so of steady use I haven’t noticed any wobble of it loosening. If you have a pop socket or anything that has about the same depth of a pop socket fully extended (about an inch) I think this would be a great addition! Read more

First, I'll start with the only thing I find negative about this mount, and that is it's pretty big. With that being out of the way, I am so thankful that this product exists because somehow I have the ability to lose my pop socket when I put it in the cup holder to put my phone on the MagSafe mount that I currently have. And while it is nice to be able to have the magnetic mount that charges my phone, I find that I would rather use a cord because it charges it better, and more importantly, I would rather keep the pop socket on the back of my phone so I don't have to put it somewhere to remember to take it off, etc. It was easy to install, it feels sturdy.
