We've had this fountain about 2 months and so far I like it. Full disclosure that I have never had a pet water fountain before, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I spent countless hours comparing various fountains online and this one checked all my boxes - simple assembly and cleaning, filters that don't need to be changed weekly and are easy (and cheap) to replace, stainless steel base, pan, AND bubbler, and constant water movement vs only when movement is sensed. Cleaning all the parts does take me 30-45 minutes, but I scrub everything with soap and rinse well BEFORE I put the pump pieces in the vinegar solution, so I add an extra step. I also dump all the water and rinse the bowl well every other day. Even doing that I see tiny bits of foot, etc that gets in it from my cats. They drink a lot of water already, but they drink even more with this. The sounds isn't bad, either. Unless I am near it, I don't even notice it. The seller is responsive, as well. I have had this for 2 months so far and it works great. My cat enjoys drinking from the stainless steel fountain. It holds a lot of water and is easy to clean. I like the window for viewing the water level and the soft blue lighting. I find the gentle water sounds to be soothing. Read more

The overall product does the job. Not too loud, easy to clean and set up, perfect speed. It isn't loud, almost like a subtle white noise. It holds a lot of water, and the set up is incredible easy, especially easier when it comes to doing an occasional bowl clean. The flow of the water isn't dramatic, so I doubt it'll scare off your cats. While my cat doesn't necessarily use this, I could see how other cat's would be attracted to it. This has been solid choice - 20 bucks for a stainless steel fountain, easy to clean and maintain. The capacity is good for about a week for our cat, so we refill it every week and clean/change filters every other week. I've had this fountain for about 6 months now with no problems. The filters are currently $30 for a pack of 24 which is almost a year's supply, which isn't bad as well. Read more

This is a great fountain for my cats. It is really quiet and has two functions on it for the water flow depending on your cat’s preference. It also came with a card where you can buy the replacement filters and a special offer to receive some for free to email them.. That was very nice and unexpected. This is a great buy.
