5 star first impressions. I got the 4 pack in large and it fit everything from my 9.5 Thursday Vanguard boot to my 10.5 Ariat cowboy boots. I used the other 2 pair on leather loafers and another 10.5 boot. All of the springs worked out of the box and I’m happy there was no plastic in the packaging. Oh ya and the cedar smell is addictive. The spring mechanism can be a little difficult to compress at certain angles but seems okay.
