Just completed installing this ceiling fan. Instructions were clear and I did not encounter any issues with the assembly or installation. A few really nice features of this ceiling fan: 1) Practically all of the screws were already loosely attached, which makes it easy to see and know which screws go where. This is so much better than having a bunch of screws in a plastic bag, in which you have to figure out which ones go where. 2) I love the fact that 95% of the assembly/installation is done not standing on a ladder! 3) The safety rope is great! Allowed me to mount the fan by myself. 4) The snap electrical connections are great! The fan is super quiet … even at the higher speeds! The remote is very functional and has all the needed features. The 3 different types of light is nice … and the brightness is sufficient and can be dimmed with the remote. So far, I have to give this ceiling fan 5 stars! I really hope it doesn’t break too soon! Fan is great- quiet, was relatively easy for electrician to install, has lots of speeds, lighting is good. The remote works fine. However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to pair this fan to the app (Android). Mostly this is fine, but it's a bit annoying. I figured it would not work with Google Home or Alexa but was OK with being able to control it from my phone. But now I can't even do that. We have 2 that are now installed and there is of course no way to test this before they were installed. Very frustrating, but for the price, we'll deal. Read more

AS other reviews pointed out most of the installation work is done on the ground, makes installation much easier. Instructions are easy to follow for the most part. Got the black fan and it is beautiful installed. Works great, the remote has lots of feature but is easy to use, no switches or pull chains to mess with and break. Am an 82 year old and was able to install it by myself. Am going to order at least 1 more and maybe 2 after seeing how easy it was and how really nice it looks. Read more

The media could not be loaded. We recently bought this ceiling fan with lights, and I’m really impressed! It has a lot of great features, you can easily adjust the fan to any speed, and even the lowest setting (speed 1) is strong enough to cool our entire office. The lights also have adjustable settings, but just to be clear, they’re not the kind you can change to colors like red or blue. If you’re after colorful or mood lighting, this might not be the one for you. But if you want a sleek, reliable fan with good lighting and performance, I definitely recommend it.
