The cleaning kit that I received was previously opened and used, I didn’t order a used product, this is unacceptable. Update: I received a NEW cleaning kit 2 days later, brand new, still in the wrapping. This is what I expected to see when the first one was delivered, I have returned the used one. I opened the package to find one of the brush heads already broken. The plastic feels cheap and brittle, like it's been sitting in the sun for years. It costs more than it should for something this poorly made. Looks decent in the photos but is utterly useless in reality. Total regret. Read more
