This is probably one of the best pillows I’ve bought that fully supported my head and neck. It’s fairly firm and cradles my head very well. Unlike my other pillows I’ve used in the past, this pillow is the real deal. I do not wake up with a pain in my neck as I had experienced with my previous ergonomic pillows. The thickness is perfect. Currently I’m sleeping on the higher side of the pillow which seems to be ok. In the future I will try sleeping on the lower side. I do like the size of the pillow as it’s long enough and allows me to move from one end to the next without my head falling off. Over all I’m quite happy with my purchase. Regarding the durability, it’s too early to tell. I’m hoping this pillow will last for a very long time and still provide the support I have now. If you are looking for a comfortable pillow that helps you to sleep through the night and not wake up with a sore neck, this is the pillow for you. I highly recommend. Read more

This is a great pillow! It is comfortable, soft and just the right shape to help me fall asleep and minimize my snoring. The only thing I would change is moving the zipper, which is on the bottom. Since I tend to put my hand under the pillow before I fall asleep, I feel it there. It would be better to put it on the side. Read more

I’ve been using this pillow for a few weeks now and I honestly didn’t expect to notice such a difference so quickly. It supports my neck really well without feeling stiff or awkward, and I wake up with far less soreness than I used to. At first, I was worried that this pillow might be too high compared to my previous one. I tend to prefer lower pillows since I have a bit of forward head posture, but surprisingly, it didn’t feel too tall once I lay down. The memory foam is soft enough that it gently sinks to the right height when lying on my back. My old memory foam pillow was comfortable but lacked proper support, so my shoulders often felt stiff when sleeping on my side. This one, however, is firm yet comfortably soft — it holds its shape well and supports my body alignment naturally. It’s comfortable even when sleeping on my back, but I’d especially recommend it for side sleepers who often experience stiffness in the neck or shoulders. Honestly, I bought it mainly because of the reasonable price, and though I haven’t tried those ultra-expensive options on Amazon, I doubt there’s one that performs significantly better than this. I have to admit I was pretty surprised when I ripped open my Amazon Prime box and found a smallish cellophaned roll inside. I immediately assumed I was sent the wrong item. Actually, it was the pillow I ordered, compressed and rolled. When I removed the cellophane wrap, it magically unfurled and puffed up. Kinda cool! But yeah, it really is about 25” x 15” (at its widest points), as advertised. The included product tag suggests not using the unwrapped pillow for 24 hours, to allow the foam to fully expand and also to dissipate any odor the new pillow may have . My new pillow did indeed have a good bit of a ‘fragrance’ so I let it sit in a cool room for a day, but honestly, that wasn’t long enough for the odor to fully subside. It may take several days, but the odor WILL dissipate! How is it? Well first, I like that it’s as wide and deep as they stated, because if you’re a side sleeper and also roll around a bit, the extra real estate is appreciated. Next, you have the two height options – If this is your first pillow of this type, it’s nice to be able to find what works best for you by simply flipping the pillow around, and not having to mess with placing or removing inserts. It also comes with that ‘skin friendly ice silk’ pillowcase, which is indeed quite comfortable. I thought the higher side would be best for me, yet it turns out that the lower side works better for me. Firmness-wise, it’s excellent! Kind-of 'soft firm' (not too firm, not too mushy for me).
