I rarely leave reviews, but after sleeping one night on this pillow I had to! I’m a side/tummy sleeper and have had trouble waking up in the night (and morning) with horrible shoulder and lower back pain! There were many times I could barely turn over in the night, or move in the morning, because my shoulders could barely move! I also had trouble falling asleep sometimes, because my head/face felt like it was laying on a rock! I stayed tensed up and found it hard to relax my shoulders, neck, ash’s jaw. It was horrible! I have tried many different pillows, including one from my chiropractor, but all of them were either the wrong height (which killed my neck) or were too hard! (I sound like Goldilocks!) I have always liked soft pillows, but also needed a little support. After looking at many many different brands online reading tons of reviews, I decided to try this pillow. Man am I glad I did! I received it yesterday and slept on it last night, even though it suggested you wait 24 hours after opening so the pillow can expand/fluff up. It looked and felt ready to me, so I slept on it. As soon as my head hit that pillow, my body relaxed! It felt soft, yet supportive! I found a comfortable position in less than a minute, and I was out! Really loving this pillow! I had to make a change since my existing pillow was causing me to wake up with major neck pain. After doing some research and determining I wanted to try memory foam, I decided to take a chance on this one due to many positive reviews and a nice price point. I’ve been using this pillow for several weeks now and have no neck pain in the morning. The memory foam is continuing to hold its shape. It really is a nice combination of supportive yet soft. I like that it has a zippered cover that can be washed and my pillow case slides right over the top of it. There is a higher side and a lower side. I typically sleep on the lower side, as I am a side or stomach sleeper. I have tried laying on the higher side while on my back and I can see how that would be a comfortable spine position for back sleepers. I was hesitant about buying this pillow, and even more so when I first took it out of the package. But I had a terrible crick in my neck, and nothing else was providing relief. So after sleeping on it for a few nights, I have to say: it's the perfect pillow for me! When I first opened it up, the pillow seemed way too soft, but I wanted to give it a chance. I'm so glad I did! Because, while it IS soft and cushy, it's also surprisingly supportive. I'm mainly a side sleeper, but this is also comfortable when I sleep on my back. It stays nice and cool, too! In fact, my husband has a fancy cervical neck pillow, but he is getting one of these to replace it. My mom always called me the "princess and the pea" (iykyk), so I am very selective about these things, and I will say, I highly recommend this pillow! Read more
I like this pillow a lot! I've been using it a few weeks now and it has cleared up the neck issues I was having! I didn't think it would but decided to try it anyway. It took a while to adjust to a different style of pillow, but it has the perfect support and seems to be well made with durable memory foam. I also like that it is not stiff and I can mold it to make it the most comfortable while I fall asleep knowing the support will be there as I may move around while asleep. Read more

I suffer from headaches and migraines. I got this pillow to help combat that. I am not sure if it's helping in that regard (maybe a little), but the pillow is very comfortable. It takes a little getting used to but I adjusted quickly. The pillow does help with pain relief. It also does stay cool even with a standard pillow case on it. It had a smell briefly but within a few hours it was gone. Light weight, and the design is well done. I do wish there was information on the correct way to lay on it to ease neck pain and shoulder pain. Read more
My whole postpartum journey. This is the best thing I’ve ever received. I’ve used an 80$ pillow before and eventually gave it to my husband since it is not for petite person. Slept like a baby ever since I’ve used it. Good support, I never really need to put my arms under my pillow like I used to. I’m a side sleeper and does not move a lot so this is perfect for me. Back/neck pain not too much upon waking up. It’s like my head is on a cloud, super soft and not firm at all. Designed for petites and for someone who always wants the value for money. This is my first time ever leaving a product review. I’ve lived with constant pain and stiffness starting from my neck and extending to my shoulders and upper back, but it honestly never occurred to me to change my pillow. On the first day of use, I felt a bit stiff, which I considered part of an adjustment period. Even so, the pain I usually experienced was noticeably reduced. From the second day onward, my neck and shoulder pain completely disappeared. I’ve also been sleeping much more soundly. I no longer wake up in the middle of the night due to neck or shoulder pain, and the overall quality of my sleep has significantly improved. This pillow is truly a game changer, and it’s not an exaggeration to say it has improved my quality of life. The memory foam has the perfect balance — not too soft and not too firm. I’ll admit I didn’t have high expectations, so I’m still amazed that my neck and shoulder pain are gone. The pillow cover is incredibly soft and has a cooling effect, which makes it even better.
