I took a chance and bought this pillow, in the past I have purchased several pillows that claim to be comfortable, cool, with great neck support. Well the first two nights I thought not again! I had to learn the shape of this pillow and by the third night I was sold. I am a side sleeper and I just had to pick which side was right for me and to make sure my head was in the middle. Since I have mastered this I haven’t had a bad nights sleep. It stays cool throughout the night and I don’t wake up as often at night . Comes with an easy to wash cover that I washed when I first got it. When I wake up I don’t have that nagging neck pain anymore. I was looking for a new pillow to replace my worn out cervical pillow and chose this one because it had a cool ergonomic neck support roll. The pillow itself is a little oddly shaped but it still fits very well into a standard pillowcase. The memory foam made it extremely comfortable and the roll at the bottom sits at the base of your neck, providing acupressure on the sore muscles there. I actually ended up really loving the roll at the bottom and felt that it significantly alleviated my sore neck. After using this pillow for the past two weeks, I did find that it really significantly reduced my neck pain. Even on days when my neck hurt from muscle tension, laying down on the pillow at night felt very comforting and I was able to fall asleep quickly. I'm pleased I bought this pillow. I have tried a few others of this kind of shape. But this seems the most comfortable yet. Not too hard, not too soft support for your head, and I am falling alseep faster. No neck pain in the am. The only issue I find is that I'm not a fan of the 'wing' design, intended to cradle your arms comfortably. I am a side sleeper, and find when I have found a good spot to lay my head, the edge of the 'wing' at my back seems to poke me just enough to bug me. But this can be overcome with a bit of adjustment. I believe if I stick with this design, I would buy this pillow again. Read more
