This is the BEST pillow I ever slept on! I was having neck/shoulder blade pain recently, and after sleeping on this pillow all the pain has gone away completely! The pillow was delivered super fast. It fits my body perfectly! I am 5’5” 1/2 (165 cm) in height. I am a side and back sleeper and this pillow feels so comfortable in any position I’m sleeping. I don’t get hot, it’s firm but soft enough, hence very comfortable. I feel my spine is supported correctly. I've been using this pillow 4 a few weeks now & I do like it. Has a high side & a low side. It is not hard & not too soft. For me it's has a great squish to it. However I do wonder if it'll go flat over time but that's to be seen. I don't really use the arm grooves on the sides. As for relieving shoulder & neck pain....I'd have to say it has improved my neck posture & have had less neck & shoulder pain and no headaches so far.
