To start out, I'm going to say that arthritis and fibromyalgia run in my family and I have the first signs of both. I got this pillow out of desperation; I was dealing with extreme headaches, muscular pain, and skin sensitivity that my regular pillow didn't help. The first few weeks of using this pillow I didn't see much of a difference and was frustrated. However, after using it continually (and moving to the higher side of the pillow) the symptoms eased and I have seen that I have more of an ability to control them using this pillow, once under control. The lower side of the pillow is perfect for my low-pain days, and the higher side is better to help me support my wider shoulders. It is very easy to figure out, once you sleep on it a few times. I started taking note of my body every morning after sleeping on it, and realized that I was sleeping better and more continuously through the night. My pain was not given a chance to settle in, and so I only had to deal with the regular daily aches and pains (and the occasional headache) instead of a slowly building wave of pain that I had to take extra-strength medication to regulate. I attribute it to this pillow! It is the perfect design for my fitful side-sleeping, and I wake more comfortable than I fell asleep. Comfortable, pain free neck and ears. I do still need a second pillow as a side sleeper though. Memory foam has it keep its shape. Button in middle helps keep pressure off your ear while side sleeping. Cover washes easily and didn't shrink. Been using it for almost a year. Highly recommend. Read more
Overall, this is a good pillow. It does help align your spine when laying down and the memory foam is pretty comfortable. The only issue that I have is that my head is very small so I don’t think it lays in the most ideal or comfortable spot, as it does not lay as far up and into the divot as intended. It is also nice that it comes with an easily removable cover over the memory foam which can be easily washed. Read more
OMG!!! I had the best night of sleep I have had in years on my first night. Woke up headache free for the first time in I can't remember how long. The memory foam formed to me in any position keeping my head and neck stabilized and alleviated the jaw pain I was having daily when I woke up also. 06/11/25. I was previously using the donut travel pillow at home. I hoped there was something better suited out there. In spite of the good reviews which influenced me to buy, I cannot find a comfortable position on this pillow. The depression in the middle I believe is where your ear is placed. This position hurts my neck. The height seems right. It is not that firm. However, it does quickly come back to its shape and elevation when you lift your head off of it. Im 5’3”. I think my head is on the smaller side of the spectrum and, my shoulders are narrow. Im going to trial it and hope to upgrade this review. I think this pillow could work well for back sleepers. The depression in middle cradles your head I think and, then the neck is properly supported. Unfortunately, I cannot sleep on my back. I think the designers and manufacturers know this and should state that it may not be for side sleepers? . Im doubtful a side sleeper will find this helpful for sleeping. Im not sure if Im even using pillow correctly. Not comfortable so far. Supposed to help cervical spine stay aligned while sleeping?I just received it. I sincerely wanted to like this pillow. . Maybe looking to return. They must trial this on mannequins and not live subjects. So far Im disappointed. This pillow comes with NO package insert, no diagram. Just clear plastic wrapper. This is not good customer consideration. Might be why it comes unmarked.. They don't even claim the product? Side Laying on it does not feel pleasant. Pros: There is a removable zipped cover. A standard case also fits this standard size pillow. It comes back to its shape immediately. It did not have a ‘smell.’ 06/13/25 Changing my review from 2-4 stars Okay update; I slept on this pillow for two nights. I still did not feel that comfortable however, I woke up more rested!! I woke up without pain in my neck and numbness in my upper extremities. I may have been hasty in my initial assessment. I still want instructions or at least a diagram. Feeling rested without numbness will make it worth the price. I’ll give it 3 more days to total a week and review again. 10/31/25 Had this pillow a few months. I think it not made with the consideration that the size of the customer matters. I dont think its for short people. A short neck, your ear which is supposed to rest over the hole but, it does not bc my neck is short. Im 5’3”. Im considering cutting some off bottom. Im well past return window. As it is now it presses against my jugular and my ear still doesn't reach the divot. This is NOT a one size fits all pillow. I believe it cold work if the section between the shoulder and ear was adjustable. Works best for back sleepers. Im a side sleeper. I originally thought I did well for a couple of days. Now I cannot seem to find any comfort with this pillow. It should have multiple sizes or be adjustable. Read more
Much-Needed Relief After My Accident I bought this cervical pillow after I was rear-ended in a car accident and started experiencing daily neck pain. I honestly wasn’t expecting much, but this pillow has been a huge help in my recovery. It provides the right amount of support and keeps my neck aligned throughout the night. The material is soft but supportive, and the contoured shape really cradles my head comfortably. I was waking up with stuffed up sinuses … and at first couldn’t figure it out. I was smelling something strong in the bedroom. I thought something was spilled onto the carpet or something?!?! Only to realize it was this pillow (double pillow-cased)!!! I tried for many months to get the really strong chemical smell out of this pillow. Fresh air, dry clean, washing it, wrapping it in thick material before putting it in a pillow case. I don’t know what the smell actually is … Formaldehyde? Some kind or plastic / synthetic stuff? Burnt plastic soaked in kerosene? Gun Oil and Turpentine blend? Anyway, after I had to throw it out. If strong chemical smell odors don’t bother you, it’s a comfortable, supporting pillow!!!
