Not a big fan. The pillow is a lot lower than it appeared to be so it did not work for me I still snore as if I did not use this pillow. My head was suppose to be at a higher angle to would prevent snoring. Iwas so sure it was going to working I threw all the wrappers away on garbage day. So it just sit on a dresser with no use. This cervical contour pillow is a nice option for sleepers like me that seeking targeted support. This pillow said to be one size fits all approach, but it doesn't fit everyone. It has nice five zone system and cooling memory form to provide alignment for side and back sleeping. It also comes with a pillowcase which is good for washing. However, the pillow's height fixed by its deep contour, is about 4.3 inches in the center, and it provide too tall and firm for my petite size. so it led to more neck strain than relief. Of course, this does seem to fit the average sized users as therapeutic, and stomach sleepers. However, for smaller statures like me, actually find it uncomfortably elevated, and actually causing me discomfort during sleep. It causes me to have worst sleep than before. Read more
