It's soft yet firm...works better for me sleeping on my back,but is great for side sleepers as well. Not a fan of the white color on top (Should of ordered a diff color,it can be stained from sweat too easily) but you can unzip the cover and wash it. This pillow is great so happy that I got it. The fact that it has the cooling effect has been get from the size and shape. It has real help with my neck the functionality of it is wonderful. With trying to sleep in a comfort positions with my head and neck this has really done the trick. it does take the 24-48 to get in fill shape but it worth it. Read more
Its a bit flatter than i expected. It does keep my head and neck cooler. Do not really notice much difference between the comfort level when sleeping on my side as compared to any other pillows. Read more
The shape and everything is great but whatever the pillow is made of just makes my neck sweat all night to the point it's uncomfortable and I'm not a heavy sweater not a night sweater. I wish this had a cooling effect... Read more
