I almost returned these even before trying. They just didn’t “LOOK” thick enough. But, directions said to give 24-48 hours to expand and for ventilation. I still thought they looked too thin, but my Wife & I decided to at least try them before returning. So glad we did. We both have enjoyed them and recommend. I am particularly pleased with the recovery of the foam. Previous memory foam I’ve used seemed to remember the indentation. But these recover and allow moving and shifting position. The pillow is comfortable and soft but did not fully expand. I let the pillow sit for 48 hours and it has not expanded like it should. Besides it being a little flat, I’m hoping it’ll help me out. Read more

I bought this in June and here I am in February shopping for something else. It started off great, just the support and firmness I needed to support my arthritic neck. I stated noticing my neck hurting again in the morning after about 4 months of regular use. It seemed like it wasn't offering the same support. At about 6 months of use, I was waking up at night due to neck pain and lots of tossing and turning to find the support I needed. About 3 weeks ago, I switched out pillows to my older one because it offered more support, and it's so old. I'm no pillow expert, but I do think the structure and support should last a bit longer than a few months. Read more

This works! I have left shoulder pain and it has lessened since I began using this just this week. It also helps coach you into back sleeping, which is supposed to be helpful for those side sleepers with shoulder pain. It was reasonably priced compared to many other such pillows. It works for pain relief and is lightweight. HOWEVER, the foam itself has an odd, chemical odor. I have washed the cover but the foam itself has an odor that, while mild, is not pleasant. I have tumble-dried just the foam (which was not wet) with a dryer sheet but the odor persists. My hope is time will allow the volatile chemicals to evaporate. Read more
