I have been using this pillow for 5 nights and the pain reduction in my neck and shoulders is amazing. I am not one to write a bunch of reviews but this is a game changer! It is weird but effective! I slid a pillow case over the one it comes with so I don’t have to wash the inner one as often. It looks strange in and out of the pillow case but don’t let that deter you. I have been getting up several times every night due to severe neck and shoulder pain until I bought this pillow and started using it.
