I hardly ever leave a review. But this pillow was gifted to me back in November by my daughter in law. I’ve been suffering with severe neck pain since a fall I had in 2024. I’m not a pill person so basically just took Tylenol when it got too bad and lots of menthol and cbd creams to help. My neck pain is practically nil. So much so I bought one for my friend who had an incident while white water rafting. He couldn’t tolerate the pain but now he’s seeing a huge difference. My other daughter in law ordered one for a elderly gent that’s like a father to her for Xmas. I will report back when I get a review from him. I deal with a lot of neck pain and tension, also in my upper back, because I work on a computer so much. I bought this pillow hoping it would help me to sleep better (not wake up so much) and have less tension in my neck after sleeping and I love how I feel when I wake up. It's the perfect mix of support for my neck but also very comfortable! I am a side sleeper, but it works for any position you sleep. The design allows for perfect support of my next, and because of that, the pain relief is a benefit. It's also the perfect height, allowing for me to sleep in the position I normally do meaning I didn't have to adjust to a new position.
