Pillow is comfy, cooling and shapes to my neck and head well so provides good support. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is the pillow is a little less firm than my prior one and it is not as thick (which some may actually prefer). Overall a good buy for the price. Read more

The softness is perfect! I prefer a firmer pillow that supports my head without bowing under the weight and this does that very well. I think because have short shoulders it’s a bit too tall and causes my neck to be tipped at an angle that’s a little uncomfortable but I have found I like to use it for my lower back when sitting up in my bed and it works great for lumbar support! I've previously been experiencing some back and neck pain, and found out about this type of pillow. It was very comfortable to sleep with, so much so that I ended up using this one over my other pillow when sleeping, and it helped with a line in my neck that results from the skin folding from not being supported. I received my pillow a few days ago and wanted to 'try it' before I submitted a review. I am very pleased that I was able to get a good night's sleep with it from the day of delivery, and there was no smell, so I didn't need to air it out. I prefer to use the shorter side under my neck while sleeping on my side. The contour is a gentle curve. It feels firm but not rock hard. Looking forward to having many more restful sleeps.
