An absolute life saver! I'm dealing with a Frozen Shoulder which, anyone who's had it will tell you, makes sleeping almost impossible. After weeks of sleeping for a sporadic few minutes at a time, I was at my wits end. The pain during the day was bad enough, but not being able to sleep made or so much worse. I knew there had to be SOMETHING out there that would help relieve the issue in my shower enough that I could sleep. Thank goodness for Amazon reviews! After searching I found one review for this pillow that mentioned Frozen Shoulder relief, and I figured I had nothing to lose and only sleep to gain. Yes, it's an odd looking shape, but that's part of the genius behind it! No matter what support my shoulder needs (it changes depending on what position I lay in) this little pillow can give it. I slept for HOURS the first night using it! And it's only gotten better since! It's light weight, easy to move (even with my weak arm) and had just enough form to offer the perfect support. The removable cover makes washing super easy. It's small enough that I can squish it in any place/position, but the foam is sturdy enough to still offer support and pain relief. This interesting pillow is very helpful for me. I have what they call a slap shoulder. It’s very painful when your laying down. This pillow goes under your armpit and supports your shoulder. This helps keep your shoulder more in alignment and it doesn’t hurt while laying down. It also helps when you’re sitting in a chair or in the car. It’s very soft and is very helpful for shoulder pain. It’s easy to use and it holds it shape well. It’s also easy to throw in a suitcase for when you need to travel. This has been a life saver before surgery to repair a torn bicep tendon and rotator cuff. Keeping my arm supported day and night is a must to keep the pain at bay.
