If you only had one small knife in the kitchen, this little knife would probably fill the bill and it’s quite sharp, so beware! I’ve had one similar for years. A friend came to visit and was amazed how much I used it for many different things so I sent her one for her birthday. It’s our all purpose spreader, go to knife now. These are useful kitchen and table utensils. I would mention to soak and wash them thoroughly. They come with some unknown stain or preservatives on the handle that has a strong smell and will turn a gallon water orange like tea! What’s with that?! Otherwise a bargain. Read more
