My first bag was from Papua New Guinea, which was tasty, but I also bought Starbucks espresso beans, and so far those have been my favorite. They’re darker, a bit oily, and produce a rich, bold espresso that I love. My lattes and caramel macchiatos have been turning out amazing, and I truly enjoy the process of making my own drinks. Being able to steam milk and pull shots at the same time makes everything quicker and easier. If you’re on the fence about this machine—just pull the trigger. You’ll thank yourself later. Honestly, this coffee maker is awesome, It’s super easy to use, makes a hot cup in no time, and the coffee tastes way better than I expected. It has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances, and since cleaning is so simple, it’s extra convenient for daily use. This thing takes like 45 minutes to heat up and that’s if it heats up at all! I have had it 4 days and I am not a fan. I have to run it through multiple heat up cycles and most of the time it auto shuts off while it is trying to heat the water. I would not recommend buying this machine. Read more

I have been wanting one of these for a long time. It seems to be working fine and makes good coffee. Although when mine arrived it was missing the cleaning brushes so I asked the company to send them to me. A word to the wise, measure the distance from your countertop to the bottom of your overhead cabinets and make sure you have the clearance. This sits pretty high. Read more

TERRIBLE! I unboxed this last night and followed the directions EXACTLY to set up the machine. I ran the first couple of ounces of grounds through the grinder (per the instructions) and it was fine. I ran beans through the grinder 3 more times to make espresso. Each time less came out and came out in clumps. Then the last time I tried to run it, the grinder wouldn't work at all. I cleaned the grinder according to the instructions, took it apart, vacuumed it out, and the grinder still did not work. I did not even have this machine for two hours before it quit working!
