I got this after reading reviews when needing to replace my Nespresso Pixie. All reviews are true. It is quieter than the Nespresso. No espresso machine is silent. The red looks good and it’s nice and compact. It makes good espresso and lungo. I don’t use the higher level platform but also have to take out the drip tray completely when using my own mugs. Wish the base separated so I didn’t have to take the whole capsule container and drip tray. I haven’t experienced leaking as other reviewers mentioned. It’s a nice machine option if you don’t want to buy a more expensive brand. One small annoying thing is that you have to hold the machine when you lift the top to put in or take out a capsule.
