Chuckit Crunch Ball Dog Toy Medium Pack of 2

Rookie mistake: I took a chance and put the gift wrapped crunch ball under the tree. Theodore sniffed it out and wanted it bad. We gave in & let him have it, an early December birthday present! He tore into the wrapping, chewed it for hours, brought it to bed and has not let it out of his sight since. Chuckit balls are the only ones for our gentle mannered but very aggressive chewer Doodle. My eight month old Aussie LOVES this ball! The crunch is addicting to him. It is one of two Chuckit toys that he goes for consistently. And he has dozens of other toys including Kongs. I highly recommend the Chuckit products and have purchased others. The only frustrating thing about this ball is that I can't easily find it! My fault. I wish it was a brighter color so I could see it under chairs and in dark corners. I have found myself stepping on it at night. Thank goodness they offer a two pack! We took the crunch stuff out of the first one because we were afraid he might pull it out and swallow it, however, we left it in the second one and there is NO indication that it is coming out. Our dogs love these. What’s great is that you can add more plastic (like from water bottles) if the plastic starts to fall out from the center. If you have a chewer, though, these won’t last you long. Our shepherd mix loves these and then starts to pull the rubber apart the more she plays with it. Our other dogs treat it normally, though, and those ones last forever. They also get some decent height when bounced, and they make a unique whistling noise when thrown. Read more

It's great but I wish they made larger versions. I got one for my golden retriever but it was still a chocking hazard. I monitered them and he immediately almost choked on it :( please make it in large and xl!!! He was obsessed with the ball. Read more

Bar none the Chuckit brand for aggressive chewers are the best. I have tried many other products and my weimer destroys them within an hour. I have had the Chuckit balls for 3 to 4 years and they keep on fetching. I also purchased the thrower. The blue balls are crunchy on the inside with the same rubber material as the orange chuckits. Best non squeaky balls for fetch! I hate the squeaker balls and tennis balls are just nasty so fast and chewed up so fast. These are amazingly tough and my pup loves the crinkle sound they make on the way back to us. He'll play fetch for hours so these are welcome outside and inside for entertainment. He hasn't chewed up one yet! Lost a few somewhere at a dog park or in the bushes in our yard, but they aren't coming back to me in pieces. I had to buy another set of these just in case. Read more
