I would like to highly recommend this product. It is very compact and works well, as advertised. It heats the water timely, is easy to keep clean with a drip tray, and fits in nicely with decor. I had an issue with using the product at high elevations, but received a very detailed explanation related to this from customer service (Jerry) at Chulux, who was extremely helpful and courteous in addressing this matter. My k cup coffee machine went bad. It started adding coffee grinds to the coffee I made every morning. I knew it was the check valve, but I was unable to locate one online to replace it so I ordered this mini K cup coffee maker and to my surprise is a good value. I used tap water to make my coffee every morning, but I realize that there were many minerals in the water, causing problems for my K cup coffee maker. I started using bottled water. The coffee taste much better, and hopefully it will prevent from calcium and other deposits clogging up my new machine. This is the perfect coffee maker for quick cup of coffee. Add a K Cup Pod, water, and press the start button. You get a nice hot cup of coffee. It can't get any easier than that. The coffee maker functions as it should. Noise level is very minimal. There are no leaks. I have no problems with this coffee pot. It works great. The coffee maker has good price point. It's not a Keurig. It will keep brewing until you stop it. It takes a couple minutes to warm up. Simple and gets the job done if you don't want to use it every day. I personally find it annoying for every day use. I will not be purchasing another one. Read more

I travel for work (drive, not fly) and I’m often in a different hotel/office every couple of weeks. The one thing I want amid the constant change is to drink MY coffee and this k-cup maker allows me to make my coffee, anytime and anywhere. It is the smallest I’ve found and it works and travels well. I bring my own k-cups, creamer, sweetener and frother. This coffee maker allows me to have the same cup of coffee regardless of my location. **UPDATE** It started acting up (shutting off without dispensing water) after a year of using it daily so I thought I would need to replace it. However, I flushed it a few times with vinegar solution (filled it with 50/50 water/vinegar) and it is working good as new again. Read more
