I’ve been using this espresso machine now and I’m honestly impressed. The quality of the espresso is rich, smooth, and full of flavor. It heats up quickly, which is perfect for busy mornings, and it’s simple enough to use without feeling overwhelming. I also love the sleek design it doesn’t take up too much counter space and looks great in my kitchen. Cleaning is straightforward, which is a big plus because nobody wants a complicated cleanup routine. Overall, if you enjoy good coffee and want café-quality drinks at home, this espresso machine is definitely worth it. Great value for the performance and quality it delivers. Read more

This CHULUX espresso machine really exceeded my expectations! The appearance is a silver stainless steel design, which is simple and generous. It looks very textured and very high-end in the kitchen. The machine is not large, but the function is not weak at all. The coffee oil extracted by 20 Bar pressure is very rich, and the taste is rich and smooth, which is not inferior to coffee shops at all. The heating speed is fast, and you don't have to wait long if you want to drink coffee in the morning. The steam stick to make milk foam is also very powerful. The operation is simple, and you can easily make cappuccino and latte. The milk foam is delicate and dense. The operation panel is clear, and novices can get started quickly, and it is also convenient to clean. The overall cost performance is very high, which is very suitable for home use, especially for people who like coffee. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it! ☕️ Read more

Super easy to use and makes great espresso. The coffee comes out rich and creamy, and the milk frother works really well for lattes and cappuccinos. Heats up fast and doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Looks nice too. For the price, this is a great buy. Definitely recommend! Read more

9 month update: This chulux was a fantastic little machine for just over 3 months. Around the 2month mark I noticed that instead of the pressure climbing towards the upper end of the espresso extraction scale, that it would achieve a lower maximum pressure each day for that whole month. One morning I noticed that instead of the pressure remaining in the pre-infuse mark after the cursory steam pressurization trick that the pressure would go from pre-infuse to ZERO in less than 30 seconds if I didn’t immediately brew. If I did immediately brew (usually a double super tightly packed) from Pre-Infuse the pressure would go down to under half of pre-infuse, and then come back up to pre-infuse, and upon engagement of the brew pump it again would immediately go down to about 1/2 of pre-infuse and occasionally would see some needle jumping but never again into the espresso range. I tried everything, however no matter what I did the pressure no longer entered the correct brewing pressure. Previously, the pressure would increase depending on how tamped down and packed the coffee grounds were, which created additional pressure. Now it seems to completely ignore the additional pressure of super packed coffee, if anything it does the complete opposite… instead of the pressure going up, it goes down !! Also, between brews, yep at most the 30 seconds it takes to pull and empty the grounds, fill and re-attach… it has turned into a race every morning to reload to dispense another double because of how quickly it loses pressure. I did contact Chulux, they wanted a video of this happening, which are going to be Large, can’t be transmitted through Amazon, then they send you some random Chinese file sharing site which was all in mandarin (I actually lived there for 5years) and loaded with malware. What a joke, this is supposed to be a coffee machine manufacturer/brand ? Now it makes mediocre coffee at best, very acid coffee to be more accurate, and has developed a problem that continues to get worse daily, which is likely the result of losing steam pressure internally. All that steam has to go somewhere, and so it does, as water always wins… the daily morning puddle around the machine that’s coming out of a metal to metal seam that is starting to create a line of rust along that seam. So, all that escaping pressure becomes water vapor INSIDE the empty spaces in the machine. Now i understand why the early reviews are great, my initial review was that it was also fantastic… Almost no one edits their reviews when these machines fail unless they spend a lot of time on Amazon. I would even bet that if Amazon did a survey of those who purchased this machine within 6months that they would find most of the machines have serious defects and no longer operating as they should. Pressure loss ? More like a design defect than an assembly defect. 20 bar is now single digits !! Looking at machines now also tells us something, the percentage of 20bar espresso machines with pressure gauges a year ago was more than 50%, and now only 10% of the same category of espresso machines have gauges, most now have just buttons or touchscreens. I’m guessing it must have something to do with the lifespan of the pressure pump and/or pressure gauges or even just silicon or rubber o-ring pressure retention seals. Time for a different machine !! I originally got this one as I had been traveling for a few years and my large Breville with gauge that’s now 20yrs old was hiding somewhere in storage… I still need one with a gauge, why? Because that tells me what’s actually happening. Low pressure = acid coffee, correct pressures = great coffee… Hey Chulux, you should use one of your defecto supreme coffee ruiners, so you to can be chuluxed!! Read more

I really wanted an espresso machine but didn’t have hundreds of dollars to spend. I have had this machine for about a month now and love it! The taste of the espresso is amazing. The steamer on the side makes it easy to make an at home latte. The machine is good quality for the price. The size is perfect for my small kitchen taking no more room than my old coffee maker. I also like the pressure gage which makes it easy to see the quality of espresso you are getting. The one thing I don’t like is the loud noise the steamer makes. Might be normal but a bit much in the morning. Read more

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this CHULUX Slim espresso machine, especially for its size and price. It heats up quickly, pulls a solid shot with good crema, and is easy to use without feeling cheap or underpowered. The 20-bar pump delivers consistent results once dialed in, and the steam wand works well for cappuccinos and lattes with a bit of practice. I like how compact it is without sacrificing performance, and the build quality feels sturdy and well thought out. It’s not a high-end prosumer machine, but for everyday home espresso and milk drinks, it offers excellent value and does exactly what it promises. Read more

I was unsure about buying an espresso machine at such a low cost. Doesn't take up much space on the counter. It works great, took it on vacation, and it works like my $500 dollar one. Espresso was just as you would want. Hot with crema on top. I did have to the machine as I put the portafilter in place as the tight fit seemed to want to move it. Probably as it wears a bit it will loosen and not have that as much, like my other one. Clean up is less as it doesn't dump water between uses, so just the portafilter needs dumped and cleaned. No tool needed to change the shot size, you just rotate and match the dot with the slot and it come right out. Read more
