I’ve had this lumbar support massager for a couple weeks now and I love it! It works very well, helping to provide support to my lower back but is also very comfortable and not too hard or stiff. It has several different options for both vibration mode; one is more of a pulsing, one is a wave so a gradual increase and decrease, one is a faster off and on vibration. There are also three different options for heating and on the highest setting it provides a very soothing heat to my injured lower back which is helpful. There’s also a timer with three different settings which is nice, as some of these have built in 10 minute maximums. This lumbar pillow is just the right size and has been helpful for me while on my couch relaxing and has been improving my pain in my lower back. The CILI lumbar support pillow is made of good quality memory foam, which is soft enough when you feel it but also hard enough to support your lower back. It definitely helps a lot with back posture for people like me who are sitting for long periods. I like that it works both in my office chair and in the car (no heating or vibration in the car though, just a lumbar pillow). It’s also easy to use — just strap it on and you’re good to go. When it is plugged in in my office, the combination of vibration and the heating s works a magic in reducing my pain in the lower back since the heating keeps my back warm and the vibration helps the blood circulation. I like the prolonged heating for as long as four hours in a cold day- almost spans the whole chilly morning. You can choose to heat for 2 hours, 1 hour or zero hour though. The design looks nice and professional, and the shape fits my lower back as well as I hoped. This is a beautiful item with firm foam and soft fabric. It fits the body well, heats up quickly. The downside for us is that the vibration is offered only as pulses and does not have a steady vibration mode. We found the pulsing vibration - unpleasant - and the accompanying sound also unpleasant. Returning this one and have ordered a different onle. Read more
This pillow works well and helped when my husband's back was injured. The one draw back is that the controls are located on the pillow itself, making it difficult to turn on especially if your back is sore. I would prefer controls on the cord. Read more

After the first pillow stopped heating after a few months I ordered another one. This one stopped heating after a few months also. So I filed a claim under their 1 year warranty. Received an email from Leah saying so sorry to hear that the pillow stopped working and to send the pillow back (I pay the postage). She said, then send her an email with the tracking number and when she receives the pillow she will send a replacement. I did that. After a couple of weeks I sent Leah another email with a photo of the tracking receipt showing that the package was delivered and asked her when was she going to send the replacement pillow. No response. After another week I tried one more time. Again, with a photo of the tracking record, I asked her to please make this right before I leave a review on Amazon. Totally ghosted. So, here’s your review Leah. Great job for your underhanded company! Amazon customers—my pillows stopped working. They asked me to PAY to have the pillow sent back for their non-existent warranty. This is fantastic! Though the vibrate cycle (15 minutes) could be longer--30 minutes would be great---this item is wonderful! Both the design itself and with the heat and vibration- lessens or eliminates back pain and stiffness when you sit for a long time. I am recommending this to all my friends. Read more
With working at home and needing to sit frequently I was looking for a lumbar support cushion. Found this one and this cushion is awesome. Fits my chair back easily, even works wells on wider chair backs with the adjustable straps and is very comfortable. The three adjustable vibration modes, two heat settings and the timer option gives great value for what you get. The vibration modes aren’t too strong, the heat options get warm nicely and the cushion is very sturdy.
