This thing is a joke. It's very small, ill-shaped and cheaply made. Nothing about this pillow is even slightly uniform, the case they provided is also cheap and doesn't even fit. I decided to get this pillow because I have some feathered and cotton pillow that are OK but wanted to try something new. First things first I like that it's cloud shaped, it comes with a sort of pillow case for it was well for easy washing. Definitely leave the pillow out after unpacking for a day since it can have that chemical factory smell that a lot of foam items have, it quickly leaves so you will be good sleeping on it after a day or so. I guess the only downside would be that with the cloud shape if you wanted your own pillow case on it then it wouldn't really work and would look odd. But honestly I don't have any complaints about this, it's a good quality memory foam pillow! It even came with a nice lil sleeping mask and earplugs! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good foam pillow to help support their neck and head when they're sleeping. Read more

I've been looking for this pillow for awhile now Has a more springy spongy elastic feel than any of the pillows I've gotten in awhile, making it much more comfortable. I have a pillow I got maybe a decade ago and it's been falling apart and needs to be replaced. I find all the other pillows I've gotten don't feel the same and I frequently wake up with a headache. This neck cloud pillow is so soft and comfortable! First night of sleep with it was absolutely wonderful! I appreciate the extra pillowcase. It's a perfect fit for the unique design and very stretchy. It closes with a smooth zipper. The middle of the pillow is indented for the head shape which I like.
