If you have severe neuropathy like myself , and have poor circulation and find it difficult to stand for long periods of time , don't expect anything on the market to cure you , as there isn't a product out there that will make your symptoms vanish . There are products though , such as these insoles , that will make life much more bearable. I have tried various insoles over the years that have promised results , and they have fallen short. Some were a total waste of money and I noticed no difference , others offered some relief , but they wore out very quickly and within a week or two ( I wear them in all of my sneakers as well as my UGG boots and walking shoes ) it feels as if they had flattened out and the discomfort was back. When I saw this brand I was curious as I had not seen them before , so I bought a pair and wow. The first thing I noticed was the healing smell of eucalyptus. I have used eucalyptus lotion on my cracked heels , so hoping with use it may help with that . I like that these inserts grip the bottom of my shoes firmly , I have had no issues with them buckling when I put my feet in and out . The backs are marked by shoe size so that you can effortlessly cut them to fit any size shoe that you wear . I cut mine a half a size larger so that they cover the original permanent inserts in my shoes . So far they have been heavenly, they are a good product and have been holding up well . I searched around for an insole replacement for my boots, and I decided to try these. They arrived in one day and are comfortable so far (I’ll update the review after more time wearing them). The padding feels good and these are an improvement over my previous insoles. I’ve noticed less tingling in my toes since using them and less foot fatigue at the end of the day. I would recommend them to others and have (my wife ordered a pair for her shoes). One tip for putting them in boots, fold the insert lengthwise to make it easier to get the insole all the way in the boot.
