The reviews on this unit were so/so, but I desperately needed a solution. I took a gamble and thrilled I did. I own a janitorial company and battle residue left from sidewalk rock salt each winter. No matter how much mopping, a film remains that requires special equipment loaded up in a box truck to scrub the floor. This is a reoccurring headache. I wanted to find something compact that a single team member could load in the car to rapidly remedy these issues. These units are approximately the size of a commercial vacuum and easily maneuver in tight spaces. Not only do they save time and effort, but they scrub as well as some $6-$7,000 commercial units. I’m very pleased with this and staff feedback has been great. Pros: Powerful Scrubbing Compact Easy Use Cons: Release Handle - Stiff/difficult to remove the fresh/dirty collection tanks. I’ve had more that one bad pinch on my palm or fingers. Wand- Beware, there is a rotating dial to turn on/off the handheld wand vs floor extraction. It’s hard to see the setting, which can lead to frustration when it won’t pull water from the floor. Once you know it’s there, it’s great! I’d definitely recommend this unit for anyone needing a unit that’s easy to store, easy to transport, and easy to use. It’s great for small paces. Read more

I had high hopes for this machine for the application I needed it for. I wanted to clean rubber modular tile floor matting without having to pick up each piece and hand wash like manufacturer suggested. I have a large amount of the tiles and wanted something more efficient to clean them. It does an okay job, not 100% but definitely looks better than it does prior to cleaning. Only complaint so far is that the plastic 2 handed handle broke. I'm sure it's because I am trying to clean a rubber textured surface instead of just gliding on a smooth hard surface. Works just fine without it though. Read more

Not really that impressed with this machine. And I was really excited about this one. Had it less than two weeks and my husband went to just turn it and the handle broke off. Plus, it doesn’t scrub very good on tile floors (which is why we bought it). Not too impressed. And way too high of a price to pay for it to break so fast. I mean, $1300 is a lot of money! Also cannot find replacement parts for this machine! Spending this much on a machine for your business and then it breaking after two weeks is uncalled for! They should give us a refund!! Read more

I like how compact this is. Works like a champ- when it works. The handle broke in week 1. The locking mechanism that holds the brush in place broke within 30 days. Replaced it. Then the brush bearing assembly broke. All in all- this is cheaply made. Definitely not worth a grand for this unit. We have a 2000 sq ft laundromat with concrete floors. Gets cleaned about 1x per day. So this unit does not get a lot of use. Also the grey water tank comes apart in the middle, which is absurd, for 2 reasons. 1 is that there should be no reason I need to disassemble the grey water tank. I am not cleaning out sewers. 2nd is that because it is cheaply made, it now no longer stays clipped shut with the janky clip on the front that is supposed to hold it closed. So every time you go to dump the tank you get grey water all over the place and on you. I'd return this in a heartbeat if I could. Read more

Purchase this product on march 3rd 2023, we have a commerical cleaning business and these machines are great on hard floors, overall product was great while it worked but overtime the water stop dispensing, tried troubleshooting the machine but cleaning out rubberseals under the machine where the water is dispense, no luck. Finally we put the machine in the shop and learn that the water pump was sparking fire. Read more

When we clean large areas of wood, tile, vinyl or linoleum this unit saves the day and our shoulders. Normally we use microfiber pads on a stick washing, rinsing and washing again. Now we use our micro fibers for edging which the Clarke is incapable of but the work it does for 97% of the area is incredible. Water control (on/off) enables us to wash and scrub on the forward, suck and scrub on the pull back and our arms aren’t screaming. We also use it for shampooing carpets and industrial runners same motion. It’s only built for this purpose and built well for it. No bigger than an old Hoover upright but easy to clean/ fill/dump/use. We are saving time doing a better job and saving $$ on chiropractors. Yes a bit of a learning curve as with any industrial equipment. Make sure you don’t let it run while not moving why? Because it works Read more

This was a mistake. -Slow -Small -Multiple passes and floor still wet -Electric cord instead of battery powered Mine is sitting in the garage because I can flat mop faster than this machine can 'scrub'. Do not kid yourself. This is a waste of money. I tested it at home on my tile and it does nothing to tile that isn’t flat. OK, I can live with that. Next, I take it to one of my accounts with flat tile that has no grout: FAIL!!! I had to make multiple passes just to get the water up and the floor still had streaks on it. No, my water wasn’t full of detergent. No, the water wasn’t dirty. I measured cleaning solution with the cap that comes in the machine and the water was clean. This is just a very bad buy. Not worth even $100. You, like me, will be kicking yourself if you purchase this. They shouldn’t even manufacture this piece of junk. Read more
