We have lots of kids and pets, and have gone through several vacuums. This one cleans better than any other one we've tried, has held up for over a year so far without any issues, and is easy to open up for cleaning and maintenance. Read more
I like the blue color. Easy to change the bags. Also bags are low cost. Brush roll is easy to remove for cleaning or replacement. Wand is simple to remove for attachment use. Very quiet for a commercial vacuum. Wish it had stronger suction at the wand. Also another plus is the 50 ft. bright yellow cord. Cord storage at the handle is so easy, and the push and click device to secure the cord is a great feature. Read more
it has had to be sent in for repair 3 times . 2 times for the body breaking where it pivots so the handle can lay back. Also they only warranted it once. I am not going to pay to fix it again. Read more
Good vacuum built well and easy to use. Only negative is the brush roll motor will turn off if the carpet is to thick. This vacuum is really great for commercial carpet and low pile. Read more
We have been buying these for several years now and use them in a school environment. They are probably used 1-2 hours a day, of run time that is. The brush and the brush end cap are commonly replaced items as they wear but otherwise very little other problems overall. Price range good for a decent vacuum. The staff seems to like them. Some of the well seasoned staff, read older, do have trouble with the weight, although its not any heavier than other commercial vacuums. Read more
