I decided to try the Zibroges Pillow after reading about it on Amazon and looking at the pictures and reviewing the ergonomics of the pillow. I was waking up each morning with a “stiff neck” and painful, stiff shoulders, so I decided to try it out to see if it would make a difference with my neck and shoulders. I have been sleeping on this pillow for about a month now, and I can’t believe how much of a difference it has made in such a short amount of time. I wake up every morning feeling great! No more stiff neck and shoulders and no more pain and sore muscles. The pillow has a “cooling” area in the middle which feels amazing! I sleep on my back, sides and sometimes my stomach throughout the night, and no matter which position I sleep in, I always wake up feeling good and no sore neck. There are two different heights at both ends of the pillow, and I use both ends depending on which position I’m sleeping, and both heights feel good for different sleeping positions. The “cooling” area in the middle of the pillow is throughout the whole middle part of the pillow, so no matter which end I sleep on, the cooling area is there, and it’s very soothing. If you are trying to decide whether or not you should purchase the pillow, just go ahead and do it! You won’t regret your decision. I was so happy I decided to try it because I love it, and it has made a world of difference. It has changed my whole sleeping experience, no more pain and stiffness in the morning, and I have even found that I fall asleep faster because of the comfort. Pillow seems to be an excellent product. Well made. Material is cooling and does a good job of removing heat so head does not sweat at night. The foam is taller than expected and more firm than, so support is good if you need that. I am returning it because of neck pain that I have which makes me VERY particular for pillow that I can use. (must have about 30 of them now). The I am able to return the product with no complications and appreciate the ease of transaction. I’ve been using this pillow for maybe half a year. It hasn’t flattened out. I found my neck doesn’t hurt as much since I started using this pillow. If I’m having a tension headache, sometimes I do need to switch to a softer pillow because it can be too firm on the back of the head. It’s easy to take the protective cover off and wash that. Keeps the pillow from getting dirty. I’d buy this pillow again. Read more
This is the firm firm pillow I’ve ever gotten/used. I read on google that side sleepers should get high loft adjustable pillows that are firm. So after reading reviews on several side sleeper pillows, I chose this one. The first night - ugh. I was going to “throw in the towel” er I mean pillow. I tossed and turned. I could not get comfortable. But these last 2 nights - I’ve woken up after just 6 hours of sleep feeling rested. I haven’t felt rested in months. My joints don’t hurt. My neck pain is going away (pain started with my old pillow.) Am I glad I bought this pillow? Absolutely. Would I recommend this pillow? Absolutely. Would I buy this brand again? Heck yes. The size of it was great and it was good quality. My issue with it is its memory foam and it was not firm like most memory foam pillows. If you like a stiffer memory foam don’t get this one. If you like a fluffy, sink to the bed with your head kind of pillow it’s for you. Read more
Pillow is fine but noticed the case is actually inside-out, so the zipper can't be opened to remove the case and wash it. Tried for 15 mins before giving up. Unfortunately it was noticed too late and the return window has closed and I can't reach the seller. Read more

Bought this for my husband as he uses only the indented neck pillows. He loves it. It's so well made. It came vacuum sealed and only took about 30 min or so to expand. There is some egg crate foam under the neck area for some extra comfort. I don't usually use these kinds of pillows but I did lay on it and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable it is. I may even consider getting one for myself. He is very happy with his new pillow. Not too firm not too soft. Great price and value for the money in my opinion. Very supportive and has the cooling effect that makes it perfect for any season. Read more
