Easy to set up, easy to use, carafe is easy to put in and take out, just do it slowly and pay attention to what you are doing, makes very good coffee with or without bold brew on, reusable coffee filter worked well to keep ground out of brewed coffee, the stay warm features are nice. My counter space is small and it fits well with my family’s clutter! I will be putting a toaster oven in the cluttered space but took the picture to show the coffee maker is not big width wise, but is about 2 inches taller than others, approx 14 inches tall. Works well at this point. I have only had it for a week. Easy to program. Looks nice. Just one thing that bugs me. After brewing is complete it makes clicking sound from the exspanion of the plastic materials. After awhile I get used to it, like a coco clock. Read more
This coffee maker is decent quality. It offers good value for the price and has a stylish design. I've tried it a couple of times with beans I ground myself. Honestly, it might not extract all the flavors as well as a Moka pot or a pressure-based machine, but it's incredibly convenient to use and requires no supervision. Plus, pressure-based coffee makers tend to be more expensive. The removable filter basket is very easy to clean. Overall, it's a solid product. Read more
