This was my very first espresso machine, and I’ll be honest: at first, I almost returned it. There’s definitely a learning curve if you’re new to making espresso at home. But once I took the time to learn the machine and watched the recommended tips and tricks, I completely fell in love with it. For the price, this machine seriously delivers. It performs just as well as machines in the $700 range, with adjustable settings and metrics you’d expect from a much higher-end model, all at a fraction of the cost. It’s compact, sleek, and looks great on the counter without taking up a ton of space. Most importantly, it consistently pulls great shots and gets the job done. If you’re new to espresso, I highly recommend watching the tutorial videos before diving in, it makes all the difference. Overall, this is an incredible value and a fantastic choice whether you’re just starting out or looking for a solid, affordable upgrade. This is a good functioning machine. I got it at a discount the day we bought it on Amazon, and grateful because although this machine works well for us, not sure I would have spent the regular price for it! With that said, this is our second espresso machine and we are not beginners and it works perfectly fine. There is a learning curve to get the right ratio for grinding to your preference but it’s easy. I decided to get a puck filter to help if you ever get soupy filters from uneven tamping or under/over filling espresso and our coffee tastes amazing! Read more

Our machine has not worked properly since we took it out of the box. We have done every trouble shooting technique we can find in the manual and online and it still makes a horrible noise every time it turns on and is grinding and sometimes when shots are pulled it sounds like machine is going to blow up. Sometimes the grinder decided to make a double sometimes a single. It has not been a good experience. Read more

Got this in replacement for an older one i had before hand, and going though the learning curve of making espresso. It was packaged nicely, took a bit of time to find another filter that was in the cleaning tray, and would highly recommend to read instructions, to remove the silicone stopper from the water tank. This is a user friendly machine, but also has a lot of options built in, you can change the run time on both the single and doubles shot function, along with grind time, it does come pre programmed. Will have to play around with the grind settings for different types of beans, along with run times ect. but overall out of the box and some grind setting adjustments can make a good cup. Instructions are useful, in troubleshooting, and using the machine, but there is slight learning curve to it. Easy to clean maintain, and so far on the 2nd cup taste pretty good, but still got to dial in more to what i like to taste. Great value if you are in the market for all in one setup, with stand alone water tank. Read more
I recently started using this coffee machine, and I’m really happy with how it works! It brews coffee quickly, and the taste comes out consistent and rich every time.
