I’ve been looking for some multi collagen supplements that didn’t break the bank & have multiple forms of collagen since the place I was getting them from is constantly out of stock. I found these on Amazon & I think they are a really good product. I’ve always had good nails but as I’ve gotten older they break more easily & have a lot of ridges in them. I also have a lot of lower back pain especially if I have an exceptionally busy day at work. I’m a medical assistant in an oncology clinic & many days I’m so busy I don’t even have time to sit down. I’ve been using these collagen supplements less than a month & I see a great improvement in my lower back pain. I honestly didn’t think I’d see this much improvement so quickly but I’m thrilled with the results so far. I haven’t seen a big improvement with my nails yet but I’m hopeful that will come with more use. I’m looking forward to the many more benefits that taking a multi collagen supplement can bring & so far there’s nothing to make me think that I won’t get there in my quest for better health. I purchased this for my skin and found quite by accident it eases my back. I've suffered with the pain of severe spinal degeneration and bulging discs for over a decade. Often debilitating. Using it in conjunction with my pain meds has made a tremendous difference. There are days I forget I have a bad back. It has made a difference in my skin texture and nail growth. My thinning hair isn't due to biotin shortage, so haven't noticed any difference there. I wonder why doctors don't recommend this supplement to their pain patients. It's been a game changer for me. I'm finding this capsulized collagen to be more convenient than powder, and it hasn't seemed to cause any adverse affects for me. It's also nice that includes a wide range of collagen types, and the included hyaluronic acid could be an additional potential benefit to skin, bones, and joints. Overall it seems to be a high quality product. The one complaint I have is that that powered collagen seems to be a better value. 41 servings at 11g per serving of the powdered stuff can be had for only about $5 more than the 30 servings at 2g per serving included in these capsules. But I am also a rather cost-sensitive shopper these days. As for effectiveness, that is harder to say as I've only been taking this type of supplement for a couple of months, whereas at least one study indicates it may take up to six months to see effects. For the cost of powered versions and potential benefit, though, I will continue to take collagen peptides as they are also a good source of protein. Read more
