This chair is sturdy and comfortable. The high-back design gives good support, and the leather feels solid. It adjusts easily and rolls smoothly on my floor. Setup was pretty easy. Overall, it's a dependable office chair that looks good and does its job well. Read more

Great chair! Hubby and I put it together with little difficulty. Putting the back on takes 2 persons. Looks great with my desk and it is soooo comfy. The only thing that I did not like was the plastic caps that hide where the screws go did not stay in and some cracked when trying to put them in again. Overall the chair is worth the price. Great Chair, Bad Armrests I've been on the search for a comfortable chair for a long time. This one is great in almost every way. - Really comfortable seat - Amazing inflatable lumbar support - Sturdy - Spacious BUT... the arm rests are bad. They are not exactly the same height, and they are not adjustable. Meaning, I constantly find myself with bad shoulder pain if I rest my forearms on them while working. If they were adjustable, I think this would be the perfect chair. Thankfully, I can flip the arm rests up so they are out of the way and I can let my arms hang down -- but of course this eventually causes strain on my wrists and then I go back to the arm rests. It's a 1st world problem, I know, but I've been trying to find a chair that allows me to not have so much back pain from my hours and hours sitting at my desk working my butt off. Read more

This is a beautiful and awesome chair! I purchased it, and I'll admit I was a little intimidated in putting it together. But it was actually quite easy, and it looks amazing! I have been using it for about a month. I have a back that gets sore, but this chair has been great for my back! Read more

Easy to assemble. Rolls smooth. Generally comfortable to sit in. My previous one lasted over four years of heavy use before its upholstery on the seat finally wore out, which I considered to be quite good for a padded chair. The arms fold up which is a key feature that makes it easy to get in and out of and allows it to push under even a low desk. If like me you don't like the mesh back chairs this is good alternative. This is hands-down the best office chair I’ve owned so far. I work from home and have reached the age where proper support really matters, and this chair delivers in all the right places. The thick bonded leather feels high-quality, the ergonomic design makes long workdays much more comfortable, and the flip-up armrests are a great bonus. It also has an attractive, professional look that fits perfectly in my home office. Highly recommend! Read more

I’m genuinely impressed with this office chair! The sleek, modern design fits beautifully into my workspace and instantly gave it a more professional look. It was surprisingly easy to assemble—took me less than 1 hour on my own with clear instructions and all the tools provided. Comfort-wise, it’s fantastic. The seat is well-cushioned, the backrest supports good posture, and the adjustable features work smoothly. I’ve been using it for long hours and have noticed less back strain compared to my previous chair. It’s also incredibly functional—everything from the swivel to the height and tilt adjustments feels solid and well-made. Overall, it’s a great investment for anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk. Highly recommend! Read more

This chair is extremely misleading. You only discover the problems after it’s delivered, assembled, and too late to easily return. I’m 5'7" — not small — and this chair absolutely swallows me. It makes me feel comically undersized. The seat is very deep, forcing me to sit on the front edge if I want to type. As a result, the backrest is useless for working. There is no real back support unless you recline far back, which makes this completely unsuitable as a desk or typing chair. Even in the promotional video, the issue is obvious once you look closely. The person typing is leaning forward, not using the backrest at all. When the chair reclines, the user has their eyes closed, clearly demonstrating rest — not work. At no point does the video show someone sitting upright with back support while typing. I’m not sure who considers an “office chair” acceptable if it offers no back support during actual work. The back leans far too much and is not adjustable, despite appearances in the photos that suggest otherwise. The listing implies the chair “rocks” or reclines naturally — it does not. The tension lever makes virtually no difference whether set tight or loose. The lumbar pump was a key reason I bought this chair, but I can’t sit far enough back to use it and type at the same time. Same issue with the adjustable arms — raising them sounds great in theory, but you lose any ability to position yourself correctly. At that point, you’d be better off buying an armless chair. Height-wise, even on the lowest setting, the chair sits too tall. I have to raise it high enough to rest my toes on the roller bar just to feel stable — not ergonomic or comfortable. Bottom line: this is not a chair designed for people who actually work at a desk, and certainly not for most women unless you’re built more like a man. It might work as a casual conversation or lounging chair, but as a functional office chair, it’s a complete miss. Read more
